Friends of Bartow County Community Corporation is the responsible entity for Common Table Fieldbook on Android. This policy describes version 1.0.0 of the offline app and its public support pages. Effective date: August 4, 2026.
Common Table Fieldbook is a general-audience community observation and meeting-preparation tool intended primarily for adults, facilitators, volunteers, caregivers, and other community participants. A parent, guardian, or authorized adult should guide any child who happens to use the app.
The app provides original offline prompt cards, mapless observation exercises, preset small-step checklists, meeting cues, inclusion guidance, safety boundaries, and an educational source shelf. These materials are editorial tools, not enrollment in an organization program, government service, benefit, grant, or professional consultation.
The app does not collect, transmit, upload, sell, or remotely process personal data. It has no Internet permission and sends no usage, device, diagnostic, location, advertising, contact, or content data to Friends of Bartow County Community Corporation or any third party.
The app may store only preset identifiers on the device, such as which built-in small steps were checked, which built-in cards were saved, and which preset token arrangement was selected. This state contains no name, email address, phone number, location, free text, or identifier supplied by the user.
The app does not provide fields for free-text notes and is not designed to store youth records, attendance, case files, health information, incidents, eligibility details, financial information, precise location, images, recordings, or other sensitive records. Users should not treat screenshots or external paper notes as app records.
Common Table Fieldbook requests no dangerous or sensitive Android permission. It does not request Internet, location, camera, microphone, contacts, files, calendar, notification, phone, SMS, nearby-device, or advertising permissions.
The app has no registration, login, user profile, password, cloud account, or account identifier. Account deletion is therefore not applicable. The local reset control described below is available for preset state.
The app contains no advertising, analytics, attribution, telemetry, crash-reporting service, tracking pixel, remote configuration, social SDK, or cross-app tracking technology. It does not create an advertising identifier or user profile.
Because the app does not collect or transmit personal data, it does not share, disclose, rent, or sell personal data. It has no data broker, advertiser, analytics recipient, cloud processor, or in-app third-party recipient.
The Android app operates without a network connection and has no embedded browser, contact form, upload, export, messaging, donation, or email-sending feature. The public support site is separate from the installed app. Visiting that site is handled by the user's browser and network provider under their own practices.
Preset state remains only on the device until the user resets it, clears app storage, or uninstalls the app. Friends of Bartow County Community Corporation does not receive a copy and therefore has no server-side retention period for app activity.
Use Index > Reset local choices to delete all preset state created by the app. Clearing Android app storage or uninstalling also removes it. Android backup and device transfer are disabled for app data, so the app does not intentionally place this state into Google backup or migrate it to another device.
The app minimizes risk by operating offline, requesting no sensitive permission, avoiding free-text records, and keeping only small preset values in private app storage. No device can be guaranteed completely secure; people who control or compromise a device may be able to view its local app state.
The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children and offers no chat, public profile, follower system, direct messaging, precise location, attendance, streak pressure, or adult-to-child contact channel. Children should use community activities only with appropriate parent, guardian, or authorized-adult supervision.
The prompts are general educational material. They do not replace emergency services, legal advice, medical or mental-health care, accessibility assessment, safeguarding procedures, public-agency direction, or advice from a qualified professional. The app cannot report emergencies or request help. In an urgent situation, move to safety and contact appropriate local emergency services or a trusted responsible adult.
A future app version that changes data behavior will require a corresponding policy and Play disclosure update. Users may decline every optional preset interaction, use content without saving a choice, reset local choices at any time, or uninstall the app. The effective date above identifies this policy version.
